Flare stopwatch
Start, course, end — a flare is a time range with an amplitude, not a snapshot. Stronger, weaker, new body area: all one touch or one sentence.
AllergySense is a flare diary you can use in five seconds: one button, your voice, done. Weather, pollen, sleep and heart rate are captured automatically — so you and your doctor can finally see what's behind your flares. Or safely rule out what isn't.
AllergySense exists because I have chronic hives myself — and like most affected people, I spent years not knowing what triggers the flares. Diary apps with long forms? Deleted them all. So we're building it the way it has to work in an actual flare moment: one button, one sentence, done.
For many affected people no single trigger is ever found — but patterns can be. And a solid "it's not that" is worth gold for treatment, too. That takes more than an app: people who document their course. Doctors who use the data in practice. Institutions that want to learn from it with us.
No form marathon. Three moves that work even mid-itch.
"Flare starts now" — one tap starts the stopwatch. Weather, pollen, sleep and heart rate are fetched automatically at that moment.
"Getting worse, now on my neck too." Your voice is turned into an entry directly on your iPhone — the audio never leaves your device.
Every flare becomes a curve, every week a UAS7 score. For your doctor's appointment, everything is one tap away as a PDF report.
Every feature answers a question affected people actually have.
Start, course, end — a flare is a time range with an amplitude, not a snapshot. Stronger, weaker, new body area: all one touch or one sentence.
Speech recognition runs entirely on your iPhone. You speak, the app understands — and confirms before it logs anything.
Weather, pollen, air quality, sleep and resting heart rate are captured automatically with each flare. Nothing to remember.
Wheals and itch are documented as the Urticaria Activity Score — the scale practices and studies use worldwide.
UAS7 course, episodes, medication and observations as a clean PDF — generated on your device, shared only by you.
The analysis always states its data basis, never claims causation, and says clearly when the data isn't enough yet. No horoscopes.
Before AllergySense hits the App Store, we're sharpening it with real affected people and their doctors. Limited spots, real influence.
You have (chronic) hives, an iPhone, and 10 seconds a day. That's all it takes — no diagnosis required, no prior knowledge.
The app for free via TestFlight, your personal UAS7 analysis, the PDF doctor report — and a direct line to us. Your wishes shape the app.
Your feedback. And if you want — voluntarily and anonymized — your course data, so together we can find patterns that help everyone affected.

Patient-reported courses you can rely on — instead of "about three weeks ago, I think".
Daily wheal and itch scores, weekly values 0–42, missing days honestly reported — ready for guideline-based practice.
Patients bring a PDF course report: episodes with duration and peak, medication, documented exposures. Observations are labeled as such — no causal claims.
We're looking for practices to test the report in daily routine, and institutions that want to work with anonymized cohort data.
Health data is a matter of trust. That's why the key promises are built in technically — not just promised.
Speech recognition runs on-device. No recording ever leaves your device — only the finished text entry is stored.
Your entries live on servers in Germany that we operate ourselves — not with a US cloud giant.
No selling, no passing on, no ads. Research data flows exclusively anonymized and only after your explicit opt-in.
Your data is yours: full export at a tap, permanent deletion just the same.
AllergySense is not a medical device and does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.
